Summary of Booking and Payment Conditions - Gestiona 2R
Payment Terms:
The booking is confirmed upon payment of 30% of the total amount, within 48 hours from the issuance of the Reservation Form.
The remaining 70% plus a security deposit must be paid 30 days prior to arrival, via bank transfer or card payment.
Platform and Contracting:
Gestiona 2R acts as an intermediary between the client and the accommodation provider.
The contractual relationship is established directly between the client and the accommodation.
Gestiona 2R's service is free; its commission is included in the final price.
Cancellation Policy:
Available on the booking page.
If Gestiona 2R cancels the booking, a property of equal or higher category will be offered (subject to availability) or a full refund will be provided.
In case of an upgrade, the final price may vary, and the client may choose a full refund instead.
Client Responsibilities:
Must provide truthful information, including number of occupants and presence of pets.
Must notify in advance if bringing pets, as some accommodations do not allow them.
Responsible for reporting any deficiencies during the stay for resolution.
Claims made after leaving the property will not be considered.
